Anyone who knows me knows I'm fueled by coffee and a healthy dose of chaos. At home, that chaos comes courtesy of my two kids, a bernedoodle named Moose who thinks he's a lap dog, and a plant collection that keeps quietly taking over the house. Workouts are how I reset, and travel is how I recharge. I'm always planning the next trip, even if it's just in my head.
