Senior Tax Associate II
AirCFO LLC of Avon, OH seeks Senior Tax Associate Il to apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare Federal, State and Local Tax Forms for US Corporations, including US Controlled Foreign Subsidiaries. Prepare and analyze tax returns and financial statements for IRS and State audits. Assist in sales registration for business entities; prepare Sales Tax returns. Assist in State Income and Sales Tax Nexus Study; assists with Form 1099 and information Return Filings; and performs Ad Hoc Tax Projects for client companies and individuals that include but are not limited to financial institutions, venture-capital-backed startup organizations, asset management companies, fund management companies, foundations, trusts, private equity firms, insurance companies, self-employed individuals, business owners, individual and estate taxes. Business Operations Analytics Director
AirCFO, LLC of Avon, OH, a financial services provider, seeks Business Operations Analytics Director. Position holder will manage and coordinate with board of directors during quarterly and yearly strategic-planning process to develop company strategies, prioritize department OKRs and guide individual OKRs execution. Serve on boards of directors and other management committees for monitoring and directing the activities of the organization, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s mission and values. Lead the development of strategic performance measurement systems, and take reports prepared by staff members or contractors to generate Executive Summary for business performance analysis, and recommend approval or suggest changes. Collect, process and visualize financial and operational data, including design and maintenance of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs. Formulate and validate mathematical models of business operations and synthesize findings; Document and present findings of mathematical modeling and data analysis for different use cases such as operation decision making, marketing materials, internal consulting knowledge-base library and client benchmarking. Observe the current system in operation and analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems, then prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems or procedures, and improvement processes through automation to minimize complexities and to promote effective operations. Prepare manuals /policies, manage centralized repository of processes and collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions, like new tech tools or new procedures. MBA degree or foreign degree evaluated to be U.S. equivalent. Plus 3 years of experience in financial service industry (e.g. business advisory firm, management consulting or investment banks); 3 years of experience with financial, economic and accounting principles and practices, and analysis and reporting of financial data; 3 years of experience with data-driven content creation, including collection, analysis & visualization of data to identify trends and draw valid conclusions with advanced mathematical techniques, and data-testing in Technical Challenge test of sample data to build dashboard for managerial analysis and executive summary, must pass with 80% or higher.
